2. Try to have a low fat food in order to lose our weight because if there still fat composting inside our body it can give the effect of increasing the cholesterol level. Arrange and make a healthy food list. To control the calories amount. Or you can start by consume a low fat food and stop eating over amount of white rice and white bread with jelly filling to lowering your risk of heart disease.
3. Do some exercise to help you burn the fat and to raising the friendly cholesterol (HDL).

Well those are basic ways to avoid the cholesterol problem. By doing it routine it also prevent us from the chance of heart disease.
